EZ Wade is a brand operated by Lone Star Fisherman, Inc., a Texas-based company.

• Payment is required at time of purchase
• Accepted methods include approved third-party processors (PayPal, GoDaddy)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors

All prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct errors
• Modify pricing
• Cancel orders due to inaccuracies

Product images are for reference only.

Due to manufacturing variations:

• Colors, trim, stitching, and components may vary
• Exact appearance is not guaranteed

• Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States
• No P.O. Boxes
• No international shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

EZ Wade is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Carrier delays or delivery errors

However, we will reasonably assist in filing carrier claims.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds are not provided except:

• Where required by law
• For verified manufacturing defects

By completing a purchase, you agree:

• Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting EZ Wade
• That fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed and pursued

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

EZ Wade products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for seven (7) days from delivery.

This warranty is limited to:

• Repair or replacement at our discretion

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Surf damage or environmental exposure
• Misuse, modification, or negligence
• Damage from improper attachments

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Proof of purchase is required.

EZ Wade products are designed for recreational fishing use.

You acknowledge:

• Use in water environments carries inherent risks
• Improper use may result in injury or death
• You assume full responsibility for all risks

• DO NOT use D-rings or straps for towing, dragging, or resisting surf force
• DO NOT attach fish strings, bait buckets, or drag-inducing loads
• NOT a flotation or life-saving device

Neoprene may cause allergic reactions. Do not use if sensitive.

All products and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

EZ Wade and LSFI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of profits or business

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Wade, LSFI, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Product misuse
• Violation of these Terms
• Injury or damages caused during use

All content, branding, and product designs are owned by EZ Wade and may not be used without written permission.

EZ Wade is not responsible for:

• Payment processors
• Shipping carriers
• External websites

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

All disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

EZ Wade is not liable for delays caused by events beyond control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Carrier delays
• Government actions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Wade.

We may collect:

• Name, address, phone number, email
• Payment information (processed via third parties)
• IP address, browser data, cookies

We use your information to:

• Process orders
• Communicate with customers
• Prevent fraud
• Improve website performance

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with:
