Product Warranty

Lone Star Fisherman, Inc. (LSFI) warrants the EZ Wadepack to be free from defect for a period of seven (7) days from the date of shipment. If the product does not conform to the foregoing warranty during said period, then LSFI will repair or replace the defective EZ Wadepack with a  conforming EZ Wadepack. LSFI shall not be liable for any product which does not conform due to 1) alteration, misuse, accident; 2) normal wear and tear; 3) improper care or negligence. *LSFI is NOT responsible for any shipping and or handling charges. 

 Product Content

 Because we often change trim colors- the colors can change at any time and without notice. For example- if you order a Blue wadepack, the body of the pack will be blue, but the trim may not be what’s pictured on ezwade.com.  

Pictures on this site may not represent the exact style wadepack- it’s for color reference. 

EZ Wadepacks features include: 

· Neoprene outer-shell 

· Bind stitching

· Multi-stitching at stress points 

· 3 pouches for miscellaneous items

· 2 rigid, rear-mounted pipes

· 1 left side pipe

· 1 scabbard, 2 or 3  plastic D-rings- depending on model- D-rings not to be used for bait buckets, fish rings or any floating device that will cause resistance in the surf. The stitching will not hold up to constant wave abuse.

· Web nylon strap with adjustable buckle 

· Web nylon scabbard with single or dual slots  

· Inner contents-marine grade foam 

· Extra lumbar support  

You MUST present your original sales receipt or proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. 

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE THE BUYER'S SOLE REMEDIES.  THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES, AND LSFI HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Governing Law
The purchase of these goods from this website shall be governed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any reason. By making a purchase with Lone Star Fisherman, Inc. (EZ Wade) you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refund policy.
 

Return Policy
Only defective products may be returned. For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please contact Lone Star Fisherman, Inc customer support  email with a brief description and pictures. Lone Star Fisherman, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges.
 

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed Lone Star Fisherman, Inc., you must contact customer support by email within 12 hours of the placement of order.
 

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When you are contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be prepared to provide your name, your order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
 

Out of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock.
In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
 

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, EZ Wade ships merchandise to the 48 contiguous states and is not responsible for any shipping or handling charges. No overnight delivery available. LSFI will NOT ship to a PO BOX.

EZ Wade is NOT responsible for orders once picked up by the carrier. This includes theft of orders delivered to the delivery address. 

International

No international orders or shipping 

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within Texas will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax rate.
 

Payment Policy
Currently payments through Go Daddy and PayPal are the only form of payments accepted. LSFI does not accept cash, COD, checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Western Union, wire or bank transfers.

Miscellaneous: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and EZ Wade with respect to this Web site.
